1. We offer a 15-day refund policy for any reason as long as the item is in original condition.
2. There will be a 5% restocking fee to cover our processing fees on gemstones, beads and jewelry.
3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
4. There will be no fee for exchanges.
5. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and are not interested in any options we might give you concerning your purchase, you may return the item to us. To do so, please follow these steps.

1. Please ship the item back to us via USPS insured priority mail with a delivery confirmation number and keep the tracking number. Ship the item to us at:

2. When the item is received, a refund will be issued via the same manor for which it was paid. For example, if your order was paid with a credit card, the card will be credited; personal checks and money orders will be refunded with a business check, etc. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. If the item has been altered or obviously worn, we reserve the right to determine if a refund will be issued.
